Icebots has sat in the same place for the past 2 years. This game is ran by an immature child who wants real life money in exchange for nothing.
*Bugged equipment that has not been coded right and gives unfair advantages to the users of that equipment. Instead of the owner (Viper) either fixing these bugged amour or just removing them from the game, he would rather label players as cheaters.
*Bugged Upgrade Center that allows players unlimited upgrading without using their energy.
*Bugged banking/battling that has made the game financially unbalanced

Some Compare it to mech G, and it does look like it however it is harder to learn and can keep your attention for much longer!
The Game is constantly updating and ever changing, the community is not huge but it is acceptable size.
Active clans to help you with all your needs
Weapon Customization is great, low levels can put on enchantments on armor and weapons to get completley diffrent armors... and at level 21+ you get ONLY custom weapons.
The Game is worthy of your attention, try it for about a week or two, if you still hate it, than so be it!
(No game is EVER worthy of a 10... but this one comes close in my opinion)
